Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
Within the 30-day period, should you wish to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and taxes incurred when returning the item to our warehouse in Guangzhou, China. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, we will refund the cost of the item to you.
Certain items are ineligible for return. Examples include custom-made items, fragile collectibles (such as statues and figurines), mugs, select limited-edition items, and hazardous materials (such as power banks).
Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
Items showing obvious signs of use;
Official merchandise that has been opened or unsealed;
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
Regarding Refunds:
Refunds are available for items that have not yet been shipped (however, a transaction processing fee of 5–8%—charged by the bank—will be deducted). Please contact our customer service team to cancel an order.
Order cancellations are available before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible items may still be returned within 30 days after delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the eligible item cost according to this policy.
Regarding Quality Issues:
If the item you receive exhibits quality issues, we will refund the cost of the item (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Alternatively, we offer one complimentary reshipment of the item.

Regarding Order Delays:
Due to the inherent instability of international logistics timelines, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays caused by adverse weather conditions in certain regions are considered normal occurrences.
Delayed Refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, please contact your credit card company; it may take several days for the refund to be officially posted to your account.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We offer a one-time complimentary exchange only for items that are defective or damaged. During the exchange process, our warehouse will send you a photo of the packaged replacement item via email for your reference.
Returning Items by Mail:
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team; we will provide you with our return address in China for shipping purposes.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Depending on your location, the delivery time for your replacement item may vary.
If you are returning valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
