Once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. We will transfer your deposit to the supplier, who will then begin production. After the goods are completed, we will notify you by email. At that point, you will need to pay for difference. (Normally, the goods will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after successful balance payment.)

Therefore, deposit + price difference = full payment (i.e., the total price of the goods).

If you are concerned about being scammed, we recommend using PayPal.

If needed, we can provide customers with factory purchase contracts and photos of each of your products (warehouse photography incurs an additional $1 service fee).

The production time for most products is about one week, but some products may take longer. For shipping times, please refer to our website.

You can contact us at any time to cancel your order, but a 5-8% transaction fee will be charged. This fee is deducted from the transaction amount by PayPal and your credit card after successful payment. Therefore, apart from the transaction fee, unshipped items are eligible for a full refund at any time.

If your package is lost or damaged (unusable), we offer a full refund for the item; however, shipping costs are non-refundable once shipped.

Alternatively, we will resend one new product free of charge.
