All shipments are sent from China warehouse. Orders will be shipped to the address you enter during checkout. Shipping country is selected at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you wish to ship your items to. We will dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible in the order received. When your package leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking link along with shipping confirmation.

Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
SHIPPING TIME
Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Processing time: 5–25 business days.
Shipping time: usually 7–14 business days depending on destination.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 15 business days, please contact us.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
All orders are shipped from China. Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be charged by the destination country. (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes).
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

To keep the checkout cost simple and predictable, NTE.GLOBAL currently collects a flat EU Customs Duty fee of USD $3.50 per order for orders shipped to the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Romania, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
How the fee is charged
The EU Customs Duty fee is charged once per order at checkout.
If an order is shipped in multiple parcels due to product availability, production schedule, warehouse arrangement, or logistics requirements, the customer will still only be charged one flat USD $3.50 fee for the original order. We do not charge this fee separately for each split shipment.

The European Union has introduced new customs requirements for low-value imported e-commerce parcels. Depending on the customs declaration and logistics process, customs-related fees may be calculated based on declared product lines, product categories, or shipment details.
Instead of charging customers based on each individual product line or each separate parcel, NTE.GLOBAL currently applies a simple flat fee of USD $3.50 per EU order.
