DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 15 business days, please contact us.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
All orders are shipped from China. Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be charged by the destination country. (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes).

How the fee is charged
The EU Customs Duty fee is charged once per order at checkout.
If an order is shipped in multiple parcels due to product availability, production schedule, warehouse arrangement, or logistics requirements, the customer will still only be charged one flat USD $3.50 fee for the original order. We do not charge this fee separately for each split shipment.

Instead of charging customers based on each individual product line or each separate parcel, NTE.GLOBAL currently applies a simple flat fee of USD $3.50 per EU order.
